CC SNATTA UP West write to SNATTA CHQ and NFTE CHQ regarding departmental Coaching/Training to Schedule Caste TTAs before JTO LICE as in each LICE/LDCE BSNL provides the free dept. coaching to Schedule Caste candidates but in JTO LICE it could not be done yet.
