Friends as U r aware that CO had issued Notification for JTO LICE for 2013-14 Vacancies Only ,
though in CEC Our Circle had strongly asked for Clubbed Vacancies but after having Rounds of Discussion's with Managment and other Officals and Unions.
The Best Solution or Way for JTO LICE for all TTA's is of Yearwise Exam
( as was asked by JODHPUR Court case also )
I know that We all got Hurted and disheartn'd especially 2009 Batch which are raising Questions about the Conduction of the Third Paper in which they would get eligible .
I would like to Say that Keep United and Have High Moral no doubt this CHQ is Best and had given so much for Us Either its 1 Increment with Ar'ear or JTO RR 2014 or Stipend Revision or EPF Revision .
Sometimes U have to choose from "" Bad and Worst "" this is the same case
either Wait for Months to Year in Defending the Court Cases.
Or
Could wait for 2 - 3 Months for JTO LICE.
ie We had asked for Worst Way for JTO LICE
but
CHQ had opted the BAD way for JTO LICE ( as there is no Good Way )
Regarding the O - JTO Regularizing they will be Regularized in 2015-16 vacancies that means that 2015-16 Vacancies Paper is for sure than Only they can be Regularized.
( Those who r misguiding that as they are regularized by that vacancy year they will consume the vacancies of Eligible TTA Friends
Firstly in Our ur Circle its not the issue and in other circle they should Understand that
JTO RR 2014 clearly say that they will consume the Vacancies First
than LICE is conducted ,
so its the Same Thing Either They be JTO in 2012-13 or 2015-16 its the same thing coz in 2015-16 also the vacancies are the vacancies which will get Carry Forward from 2012-13 , 2014-15
So PLZ Stop Misguiding Your Frnds as They need Support and United not a wrong a Misguided Path.
To your Notice I would say See Our ESM Seniors though they had Passed the Exam Still not sent to Training. or Post May 2010 TTA's which did n't get the 1 Increment with Arear.
CHQ is still Fighting for there Wrights

If then Also some members want to OPT that
Worst Way for going to Court and Holding the Whole Process of JTO LICE for everybody.
